How to Make the Most Delicious (and Easy) Homemade Ketchup

As you already know, we have a passion for veggie burgers, and what’s a tasty burger without some yummy ketchup? But how could I possibly use plain, store-bought, loaded with chemicals ketchup on my perfect homemade burgers? I already feel bad enough for buying the buns, so I said enough’s enough! It’s time for super-ketchup, aka my version of Delicious (and Easy) Homemade Ketchup! Enjoy!


  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1-2 tsp. agave syrup


  1. Add all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and add more sweetener or salt, according to taste. I like my ketchup both sweet and spicy, so I must admit I doubled the amount of syrup and salt 🙂
  2. Store in a glass jar for up to a week in the fridge. But who are we kidding, it’s so tasty that is will barely last the day.
